I have officially registered the business and now have a sales tax license! I am now in the middle of prepping my business plan to submit with my Cottage Permit Application. I am beyond excited to begin this adventure!
I am co-throwing a baby shower for my soon to be first mom Sister-in-law. I can't wait to do her cake! Strawberry cake with a strawberry filling and cream cheese frosting! Is your mouth watering yet? I am also doing chocolate cupcakes with peanut butter fudge frosting and lemon cupcakes with a raspberry filling and raspberry frosting. I am almost as excited to eat them as I am to make and decorate them! I will post pictures after the shower. I can't wait to be this sweet little girls aunt!
A few weeks ago my oldest had her 6th birthday! I can't believe she is so big! She has been loving The Pirate Fairy lately and so obviously she asked for a pirate fairy ship cake. I tried my hand at modeling chocolate and though I had moments of frustration I ended up learning so much and loved the finished product! And of course my beautiful girl LOVED it! It was amazing chocolate cake with vanilla buttercream, Oh my delicious!!
