Wedding Cake!

I have loved weddings since forever. When I planned my own I kept everything I used for planning with dreams of becoming a wedding planner, haha! Maybe someday I will expand and use my recreation management degree and bakery to create something like that. For now I am much more that happy to have made this wedding cake for a sweet couple this past weekend. White cake, raspberry filling, vanilla buttercream and marshmallow fondant. I love the combination of quilting, dots, and satin ribbon. It was a simple and elegant design. And of course super delicious! My husband and I may have put all the scrap pieces together and enjoyed a little post cake making treat! Yum! 

Nothing says wedding cake like your kid's purple plastic plate, haha.
